Customer Service Representative Pay Range: $20/hr to $21/hr Location: Chandler, AZ 85224 Work Type: Onsite Contract Duration: 12 months with possible extension Shift Timing: Tues- Sat 10:00 am-6:30 pm Tues- Sat 10:30 am-7:00 pm Sun-Thurs 11:00 am-7:30 pm Sun-Thurs 10:30 am-7:00 pm Mon,Tues,Fri,Sat 9:00 am-8:00 PM Job Summary The Customer Service Representative will provide high quality customer support within a fast paced, high volume call center environment. The role will handle account inquiries, account maintenance, online navigation, transaction research, and related customer service needs. The representative will accurately authenticate customers, follow established policies and procedures, and proactively identify and escalate potential risks. The position requires strong communication skills, computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining an engaging customer experience. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, punctuality, professionalism, and flexibility throughout training and regular operations. Key Responsibilities Provide clear, complete, and accurate responses to customer and internal partner inquiries during each interaction. Handle balance inquiries, account maintenance requests, online navigation and maintenance, and transaction research. Navigate multiple applications and systems to research account information, policies, procedures, products, and services. Accurately authenticate customers and protect confidential and sensitive information in accordance with established procedures. Identify potential risks and escalate issues appropriately while maintaining compliance with applicable policies and procedures. Resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally while de escalating difficult situations and preventing customer dissatisfaction. Maintain accurate notes and information while actively engaging with customers during high volume calls. Participate fully in required onsite training and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. Required Qualifications At least 2 years of customer service experience. Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems while accurately entering information. Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent grammar. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced, high volume call center environment. Strong problem solving, customer service, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly. Strong attendance and punctuality are required. Ability to work the assigned overnight schedule after completion of training. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in financial services or banking environments. Experience supporting account maintenance and transaction research. Experience working with multiple customer service applications and systems. Demonstrated ability to embrace coaching and continuously improve performance. Strong self motivation and a positive professional attitude.
