Immediate need for a talented Underwriting Account Senior Representative. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S(Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $21/hr - $21.27/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review medical history, data and interviews employing critical thinking skills
• Operating third party software to summarize application medical and health data
• Provide written correspondence, to the applicant or broker, regarding outstanding application requirements

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• High School diploma is required
• 2+ years insurance or medical experience required, preferably medical insurance or PBM background
• Medical terminology preferred
• Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize workload independently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of medical conditions/prescriptions
