Product Delivery Manager - IAM

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• Preferred: knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Preferred: 5+ years of business analysis experience within the SDLC, with Agile exposure preferred.

• We lead end-to-end product delivery, including intake, dependency management, release coordination, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decisions, and performance reporting.
• We drive change management activities with functional partners while ensuring alignment with risk, control, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• We manage timelines and dependencies, track blockers, secure appropriate resourcing, and coordinate closely with stakeholders and functional partners.
• We define and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria so they align with business goals.
• We own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing competing demands and shifting business needs.
• We contribute to product roadmap planning and execution, keeping stakeholders informed of updates and changes.
• We work with business stakeholders, engineering, and design teams to assess enhancements and deliver the product vision.
• We engage clients and users to gather requirements, run feedback sessions, and present product demos.
• We build stakeholder alignment by advising on risks, trade-offs, and strategic priorities.
• We develop and maintain product documentation, including use cases, requirements, and supporting delivery materials.
• We oversee end-to-end delivery activities, including testing, issue resolution, training, and adoption of new functionality.
