The Contoocook School, located in Contoocook, NH is seeking a dynamic Special Education Teacher to join our team and provide focused, real‑time instruction to adolescents in grades 6‑12 requiring integrated social thinking and executive functioning support. Responsibilities Plan, develop and implement lessons tailored to student needs. Implement individual education plans (IEPs). Assess student progress. Provide instruction across all required content areas. Design and implement hands‑on, experiential learning activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. New Hampshire teaching license or statement of eligibility (SOE) in General Special Education (1900). Experience working with youth with various mental health and special education needs. For individuals with an SOE, NFI North will work with you on a site‑based learning plan toward full licensure as a General Special Education teacher.
