Construction General Laborer

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Our projects are located throughout the Denver Metro Area , and we strive to place employees on jobsites within a 30-minute commute from home whenever possible . Some assignments may include prevailing wage projects , offering additional earning opportunities.

• Perform general site clean-up, including sweeping and removing construction debris.
• Assist with material handling and maintaining a clean, organized worksite.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to support project needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and jobsite regulations.
• Support construction crews with general labor duties as assigned.
• Help ensure projects remain clean, safe, and productive.

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials.
• Strong attention to safety and jobsite awareness.
• Reliable transportation to project locations.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and grow within the construction industry.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying jobsite conditions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Thornton, CO.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
