A nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm dedicated to representing survivors of sexual abuse and assault is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This is an opportunity to do meaningful, mission-driven work advocating for survivors in a supportive, family-first environment. Responsibilities Support attorneys in all phases of civil litigation Draft and file pleadings and court documents Manage discovery and case files Qualifications 3+ years of litigation experience preferred (flexible) Tech‑savvy; comfortable with case management software and legal technology Plaintiff‑side experience is a plus but not required Schedule & Culture Flexible hours Family‑first, supportive office culture $150 monthly wellness stipend 401(k) with 3% employer contribution Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between [$80,000 – $125,000 annually].
