Heavy Equipment Operator

Heavy Equipment Operator We are seeking experienced heavy equipment operators to perform excavation, grading, and material handling on large‑scale heavy civil construction projects. What you’ll do Operate excavators, dozers, motor graders, and loaders. Perform excavation, grading, backfilling, and material placement. Follow grade stakes, plans, and supervisor direction. Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks. Maintain safe operations around ground personnel and other equipment. Support additional equipment or site tasks as needed. Follow all safety, quality, and production standards. What you bring Experience operating multiple types of heavy earthmoving equipment. Knowledge of heavy civil construction practices and job site safety. Dependability, accountability, and strong work ethic. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to cross‑train on additional equipment or tasks. Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions. Education & Experience 5+ years of heavy civil equipment operating experience.
