Major, Lindsey & Africa is seeking an experienced Interim Governance Paralegal for a full-time, remote position. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of corporate governance experience with non-profits, managing Board activities, and supporting governance framework development. You will be handling high-level interactions with executives and Board members while ensuring compliance and effective communication.
