Experience & Education
- Minimum of 3 years of Class A CDL Heavy Haul driving experience
- Minimum of 3 years of operating construction equipment, including front-end loaders, backhoes, skid steers, and excavators, etc.
- Completion of training in heavy equipment operation or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety requirements.
- Proficient with computers and smartphones.
- CDL Class A is required.
- Clean driving record.
- A willingness to travel to other jobsites, with overnight stays as required.
- Must be able to travel for 2-4 weeks at a time.
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions, including inclement weather.
- Must be drug-free and able to pass pre-employment and random DOT/FRA tests.
- Per Diem for overnight stays.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Drive commercial vehicles to transport equipment and materials as needed.
