Compliance Project Manager

Our client, a leading energy provider , is hiring a NERC Compliance Project Manager in Hammond, IN!

*This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays ! (high chance of extension or conversion)*

In this role, you will lead NERC CIP compliance and operational readiness activities for a new Control Center and the onboarding of new BES Cyber Systems and assets . You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory requirements are planned, documented, tested, and validated ahead of commissioning and operational turnover.

Responsibilities:

• Lead NERC CIP compliance activities and project planning for the new Control Center and BES Cyber Systems.

• Coordinate commissioning, testing, and operational readiness across cybersecurity, OT, physical security, facilities, and compliance teams.

• Manage compliance documentation, evidence, risks, and audit readiness to support regulatory requirements and operational turnover.

Requirements:

• Project management experience in compliance or infrastructure.

• Knowledge of NERC CIP and OT cybersecurity .

• Experience with Control Center or asset commissioning .
