Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Grow Therapy Center, you will play an integral role in our clinical team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couple therapy sessions while employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the needs of diverse clients.

• Facilitating family therapy that addresses complex family dynamics, including conflicts, substance abuse issues, and adjustments to life changes.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient notes, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with HIPAA standards and organizational protocols.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care plans.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients regarding mental health issues, coping strategies, and family dynamics, enabling them to navigate challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n
