This includes a 401(k) plan with company matching, medical coverage plans customized to suit your needs and a commitment to work/life balance through our paid time off (PTO) programs, company holidays and paid volunteer days.* Up to $5,250 in tuition reimbursement per year.* Paid training and access to all the tools and resources you need to be successful.* Explore our health, wealth, and life offerings at You’ll Do*** Operates and will be certified on all Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers raised to heights of up to 40 feet.* Utilize handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory; will focus primarily on picking glass orders.* May occasionally drive and deliver automotive glass, accessories, and parts to store locations.* Adhere to all safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.* Assist with offloading tractor trailers by hand or forklift.* Maintain a secure and clean work area.* Fulfill other duties as assigned.**What You’ll Need*** Must be 18 years of age or older.* Valid state-issued driver's license required and any other license(s) *(as required by federal, state, and local laws)*to operate a company vehicle; must pass a Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR).* Experience with MHE equipment including order picker, forklift, and reach truck.* Strong preference for candidates with order picker experience.* To safely operate the order picker and comply with equipment manufacturer specifications and required safety regulations, there is a weight limit set at 300 pounds. If you are hired to operate this equipment, you will need to weigh under 300lbs.* Strength to perform physical tasks involving repetitive moving or raising of objects weighing up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.* Comfortable with working in various environmental conditions, such as seasonal heat or cold, and staying in a stationary position for long shifts.* Punctuality and consistent attendance to help your teammates.* Positive attitude with a focus on exceptional service.Apply today and start your fulfilling journey! #J-18808-Ljbffr
