As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support guests, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $14.05 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM, Thur 09:00 PM - 05:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide courteous customer service to guests, visitors, and hotel staff while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hotel public areas, guest corridors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and emergency situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established response procedures. Monitor access points and report security-related observations, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate hotel personnel and Allied Universal leadership. Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with site requirements. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
