This dual-role position serves as the face and voice of our local office while managing essential daily financial functions. The ideal candidate thrives in an independent environment, possesses strong organizational capabilities, and approaches tasks with a high sense of urgency. Key Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting guests and handling incoming AR calls with a positive, professional demeanor. Oversee Accounts Receivable functions, including invoicing, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to organize office data, generate financial spreadsheets, and format company documentation. Prioritize daily tasks to consistently meet deadlines. Maintain clear and professional written and verbal communication. Qualifications & Requirements Professional Standards: High sense of urgency, professional appearance and demeanor, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
