Apparel Designer - Young Women's & Juniors


Full-time, onsite Monday-Friday


We are seeking a talented Apparel Designer to join a growing young women's apparel manufacturer in Downtown Los Angeles. This role will focus on juniors and young women's categories, creating trend-right product from initial concept through production.

What You Will Do

• Research market trends, competitive brands, color, print, and silhouette direction.
• Design seasonal collections across young women's and juniors categories.
• Develop product from concept through production, following the line plan and development calendar.
• Create and update detailed flats, CADs, tech packs, line sheets, and presentation materials.
• Partner with merchandising, sales, and product development on product direction, sales samples, and key milestones.
• Attend fittings and communicate design intent, construction details, and fit direction clearly.
• Work with fabric, print, and trim development to ensure product is on-brand and commercially viable.


What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of women's apparel design experience; juniors or young women's experience strongly preferred.
• Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• Advanced Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fitting, fabric, prints, trims, and sourcing.
• Strong eye for trend, color, silhouette, and compelling product stories.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Downtown Los Angeles full-time.
