About The RoleWe are looking for a visionary design leader who can help build and expand our growing Design capability. This individual will collaborate with leaders across strategy, experience, digital, innovation, and insights to create transformative brand and customer experiences that drive business growth.The Creative Director, Associate Partner of Design will be an inspirational leader with a blend of creative, strategic and commercial expertise. They will bring deep experience in brand identity, experience design, design systems, campaign innovation, and creative leadership, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.Your Day to DayClient Service & Creative ImpactBuild and deepen client relationships by delivering exceptional creative based work that fuels strategic decisions and through effective collaboration to deliver high impact, multidisciplinary work across all of Prophet’s offerings.Lead client engagements spanning (but not limited to) brand identity, experience, activation and campaign work streams.Serve as a champion of design excellence, a leader who elevates creative quality while grounding recommendations in business strategy.Play a key role in business development, shaping proposals and pitches through thought leadership and subject matter expertise.Firm & Commercial LeadershipCreative Director related responsibilities include firm-wide contributions beyond the Design function, supporting Prophet’s broader strategy, culture, and growth agenda.Deliver against commercial targets, including sales, utilization, and profitability goals.Contribute to Prophet's global studio culture, ensuring consistent standards across geographies.Travel as needed to engage clients, build teams, and represent Prophet.Team & Design CultureAs a member of the Design Leadership Team, lead and inspire a high-performing team of design experts, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.Continue to build and recruit world class design talent for our growing global creative team.Model Prophet’s culture—performance-driven, collaborative, entrepreneurial—while fostering a sense of belonging and shared success.Seamlessly integrate with Prophet’s broader consulting teams, ensuring design work is embedded in and elevates our strategic impact.What You Bring12+ years of experience in branddesign, experience design, creative strategy, innovation,campaignor related disciplines, ideally within a consultancy or agency environment 5+ years of experience leading and selling strategic creative solutions to senior client stakeholdersProvensuccess leading multidisciplinary teams across strategy, design, and digital disciplinesExperiencebuilding capabilities, methodologies, and frameworks that elevate design organizationsDeepexpertisein brand identity, experience design, design systems,campaignideationand creative strategyStrong portfolio demonstrating strategic impact, creative excellence and AI deployment across design work streamsPersuasivepresentation, facilitation, and storytelling skillsAbilityto inspire teams and foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvementCreative Leaders who thrive at Prophet…Have an intellectual curiosity and creative spirit that drives innovative thinking and breakthrough design solutionsContinued to be motivated by growing a business and building a market-leading design practice Eager to inspire a growing team of world class designersLocation: New York, NY (Hybrid - 3+ days per week in office/at client)Salary Range: $230,000 - $280,000Prophet is an equal opportunity employer.
