Administrative Associate II (Temporary - Pitt)

Administrative Associate II (S) This is a temporary position with the Office of State Human Resources Division Temporary Solutions. Temporary employees who work an average of 30 or more hours per week may be eligible for health insurance coverage under the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). There are no leave or retirement benefits offered with this position. Location 2577 W 5th Street, Greenville – Pitt County, Department of Health & Human Services. Schedule Monday–Friday, 5:45am – 2:15pm, with rotating weekends and holidays. This position is required to work onsite. Responsibilities Community contact for admissions and referrals Data entry and maintaining confidential patient information Completion of paperwork for arriving admissions Check‑in procedures Scheduling and maintaining patient charts in electronic health record systems Education & Experience High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and one year of administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Compensation Hourly rate of pay: $18.50 (based on education and/or years of relevant work experience). Effective July1,2025, the minimum qualifications are met by applicants who have the specified education and experience.
