Senior Solution Architect

About the Role As a Senior Solutions Architect you will demonstrate high‑level technical and functional competency around the core ATS/CRM platform. You will lead the implementation of packaged offerings across multiple Bullhorn product lines or provide expert support on those projects, while continuously deepening your expertise in Bullhorn applications and related skills. Responsibilities Lead client‑facing technical requirements gathering sessions with sales engineers. Act as the key liaison between Bullhorn’s business units, technology teams, QA, and support. Collaborate with clients and development teams to ensure accurate data transfer during implementation. Help clients identify how Bullhorn can solve their business problems while keeping expectations realistic. Analyze client business processes and document required functionality, rationalizing it with appropriate technology solutions. Communicate and collaborate with both external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements. Manage expectations to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications Experience establishing a technical vision for complex, enterprise projects. 5+ years in definition and execution of enterprise software projects. Hands‑on experience with SOAP, REST, Java, JavaScript, and SQL. Strong verbal, written, organizational, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Bonus Points Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline. Experience in a SaaS environment. Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and reusable components. Compensation Annual base salary range: $123,318 – $150,000. The role is eligible for an annual target bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
