About the Role:

Workout Anytime Reidsville is looking for a passionate and driven Fitness Director to lead our team and inspire our members in Reidsville, NC. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily fitness operations and ensure a high-quality member experience

Recruit, train, and manage personal trainers and fitness staff

Drive personal training sales and meet monthly revenue goals

Develop and deliver fitness programs, group training, and member assessments

Monitor and coach staff performance, scheduling, and professional development

Engage with members on the gym floor to build relationships and retention

Maintain compliance with safety standards and fitness certifications

Requirements:

Accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent) required

2+ years of experience in personal training or fitness management

Proven track record in fitness sales and meeting revenue targets

Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team

Excellent communication and member engagement skills

CPR/AED certification required

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about health and wellness
