The position requires hands-on experience with Oracle Quote to Order implementations over the last 5 years. Candidates must demonstrate deep technical knowledge beyond general summaries.
This position is a new position focused within the Quote to Order (Q2O) process area. The successful candidate will be expected to balance day-to-day operational support activities, working closely with Application Managed Services (AMS) partners, while also leading and contributing to system enhancements, process improvements, and project-based initiatives.
The candidates must possess a strong understanding of the complete customer order lifecycle and associated upstream and downstream business processes.

- Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) on-premises
- Oracle Fusion Order Management and related functions
Preferred Background:
- IT functional consultants with Oracle Quote to Order expertise are strongly preferred.
- Candidates from Finance or Accounting organizations will also be considered if they have actively participated in Oracle implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects and possess a solid understanding of the underlying technology, system integrations, and business process architecture.
- Experience collaborating across business and technical teams to support operational activities and project delivery is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of Quote to Order business processes and system dependencies.
- Experience supporting both project-based initiatives and production operations simultaneously.
- Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud application experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and AMS support partners.
- Experience participating in or leading Oracle implementation, upgrade, enhancement, or transformation projects.
