Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, you will play a vital role in delivering therapeutic services to a variety of client groups, including couples and families. Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating individual and couples therapy sessions, incorporating evidence-based methodologies tailored to each client's circumstances.

• Developing personalized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and ongoing assessments.

• Addressing complex issues such as alcohol abuse, family conflicts, grief, job stress, and communication difficulties among family members.

• Providing psychoeducation for clients and their families to aid in understanding and managing their mental health.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients.

• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes to uphold clinical standards and enhance service quality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
