Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Help clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Ensure client safety by following care plans and observing any changes in health or behavior.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Previous experience in direct care or a related field is a plus.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
Valid driver's license or reliable transportation preferred.
