Job Description

Manufacturing Assembler - New Castle, DE

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual assembly of mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components according to work instructions, drawings, and BOM.
Execute hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components to IPC standards (IPC-A-610 or equivalent)
Inspect solder joints and assembled components for quality, accuracy, and workmanship
Conduct basic functional testing and document results per quality procedures
Identify and report nonconforming materials or process deviations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with EHS standards

Qualifications :

1-3 years of assembly experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (life sciences, medical device, biotech, or electronics preferred)
Proven hand soldering experience (through-hole and/or SMT)
Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions
