Responsibilities
Position: Office Clerk
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr Shift: The ideal candidate must be able to work evenings and weekends.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, handling inquiries and routing calls efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing packages.
- Perform administrative tasks such as high-volume filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Create and maintain accurate documents and spreadsheets using MS Word and Excel.
- Support daily office operations by completing additional duties and special projects as assigned.

- Previous Call Center experience is a big PLUS.
- Must be professional and have excellent verbal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be a team player and be able to work independently
- Proficient using Word, Excel and email applications
- Good organizational skills
- Good clerical, bookkeeping, and data entry skills
- Flexible; ability to adapt to interruptions
