Tax Credit Leasing Specialist (LIHTC) Bedford, MA 01730 $23.00 Per Hour BG Staffing BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and highly dependable Tax Credit Leasing Specialist for a premier affordable housing community in Bedford, MA . This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned leasing professional with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) experience who can confidently manage leasing responsibilities, resident interactions, and compliance-related functions with minimal supervision. This position requires a strong, self-sufficient individual. The selected candidate will be working independently in the leasing office approximately three days per week , making it critical that they possess exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage daily operations efficiently. Position Details Location: Bedford, MA 01730 Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Manage leasing activities for a tax credit community Conduct applicant screenings and process resident files Complete annual and interim recertifications Maintain compliance with LIHTC guidelines and regulations Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents Handle resident communications and office operations independently Assist with occupancy goals and resident retention efforts Maintain accurate records within property management software systems Required Qualifications Previous apartment leasing experience LIHTC/Tax Credit housing experience required Strong recertification experience Experience using Yardi Experience using RentCafe Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and confidently Reliable transportation Must reside within approximately 30 minutes of Bedford, MA Ideal Candidate Our client is looking for someone who can step in and make an immediate impact.
