About the Role:

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team at Storm Insurance Agency - Meemic Insurance in Marquette, MI. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have

Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow existing client accounts

Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for new business development

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Active Property & Casualty insurance license in the state of Michigan

Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
