Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 18 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required within the last 2 years.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New Hampshire license or compact license (required for submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Prolucent Health Program - Dartmouth Hitchcock and no current placement allowed at Program: Prolucent Health Program - Dartmouth Hitchcock.

Additional Details:

RNs Only: Recent experience at a level 1 trauma center is required.

You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you applied for day shift, you can apply for night shift on the same unit & facility, but you cannot apply for day shift at the same unit & facility.

Required skills/experience: Must have telemetry experience. Must have Cardizem and Amiodarone drip exp.

Shift & schedule requirements: Every other weekend. Rotating holidays.

Unit and facility details: Thompson is a 39-bed, mixed-acuity facility that specializes in medical, surgical, and stepdown level of care. Patient population is primarily the elderly but can be as young as 18.
