Product Marketing Manager

Location: Westerville/Columbus, OH (Onsite - Full Relocation Assistance Provided) Salary: $140,000-$160,000 with 10% bonus (base salary flexible for someone with direct data center experience) Travel: Approximately 10% Openings: 3 We are partnering with a global leader in critical digital infrastructure to hire 3 Global Product Marketing Manager . This is a highly visible, strategic role supporting a portfolio of power solutions that help power data centers, communication networks, and enterprise infrastructure worldwide. This is not a traditional marketing position. We're looking for someone who can operate at the intersection of product, engineering, sales, and marketing , serving as the key link between technical product teams and go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate can translate complex technologies into compelling customer value propositions, drive product launches, influence strategy, and elevate marketing effectiveness across a global organization. What You'll Do Serve as the primary marketing point of contact and subject matter expert for a portfolio of power, thermal, or white space solutions Own product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development for new and existing offerings Lead global go-to-market strategies, product launches, and commercialization efforts Develop marketing plans, campaigns, events, and sales enablement programs that drive revenue growth Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and industry trend assessments to inform business strategy Partner closely with product management, engineering, sales, and regional marketing teams to align execution Create and enhance customer-facing collateral including sales presentations, datasheets, case studies, web content, and brochures Support account-based marketing, upsell, cross-sell, and pipeline generation initiatives Deliver presentations and marketing insights to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders Enable sales teams through effective training materials, tools, and solution-focused messaging What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience working within a B2B technical industry (Data centers a plus) Strong background developing go-to-market strategies, product launches, and sales enablement programs Experience creating compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions for technical products or solutions Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and multiple stakeholder groups Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills Experience with market analysis, competitive intelligence, customer insights, and buyer personas Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and business audiences Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Engineering degree or technical background Experience within data center, power, electrical infrastructure, critical facilities, industrial technology, or enterprise hardware/software environments Knowledge of data center technologies, power systems, infrastructure solutions, or related markets Experience supporting global product portfolios and cross-regional marketing initiativesExposure to AI-driven products, solutions, or marketing initiatives Why Join?
