What You’ll Do As the Front of House Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience from the moment they walk through the door. Here’s a glimpse of your key responsibilities: Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Lead and support staff, fostering teamwork and maintaining high morale. Manage inventory and assist with stocking deliveries, including lifting heavy items like kegs and supplies. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and any issues with professionalism and a smile. Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and service flow. What We’re Looking For To thrive in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team. The ability to work long shifts on your feet in a fast-paced environment. Physical capability to lift and move heavy items, such as kegs and stock deliveries. A proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a passion for creating great guest experiences.
