Required Skills and Abilities:

• Strong ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail .

• Capable of working independently on tasks, as well as collaborating within a team to ensure total customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word , with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to custom software platforms .

• Strong critical thinking , customer service orientation , and communication skills (both verbal and written).

• Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks.

• Team-oriented with a willingness to support others and contribute to shared goals.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.

• Minimum 1 year of experience with QuickBooks Software (preferred).

• 1–3 years of billing experience in a professional environment.
