Hospital-based Physician Assistant position within the Multi-Specialty Surgical Group Primary focus on Urology, with cross-training across additional surgical specialties Responsibilities include:

First assisting in the OR Pre-operative evaluations Post-operative management Inpatient surgical care

Exposure to:

Urology (majority of caseload) Vascular Surgery Thoracic Surgery Endocrine Surgery Breast Surgery

Monday-Friday schedule aligned with OR coverage 40-hour work week No regular nights or weekends required Dedicated per diem PA team currently provides most night and weekend coverage Collaborative surgical team consisting of 3 full-time PAs and 4 per diem PAs Requirements

Licensed Physician Assistant Prior clinical or surgical experience required Looking for candidates with intermediate-level experience True new graduates will not be considered First assist experience preferred but not required Must be interested in learning and working across multiple surgical specialties Flexibility and willingness to cross-train are essential Benefits of the Position
