What You’ll Do:

• Provide outpatient urology care, including cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, vasectomy, and penile implants
• Manage full patient load in clinic, typically 24-28 patients daily
• Support emergent cases such as torsion emergencies during call
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
• Participate in 24-hour on-call schedule, providing emergent urological services
• Collaborate with support staff including office/clinic team, RN, and medical assistants
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and order management
• Assist with surgical procedures in facilities with robotic surgery capabilities (optional)

What You Need:

• BC or BE in Urology
• PA license or IMLC LOQ
• DEA license
• Minimum 1-year urology experience
• Strong procedural skills including cystoscopy, vasectomy, ureteroscopy, and prostate procedures

About the Assignment:
This role is based at a busy clinical and surgical setting with access to 16 operating rooms across York Hospital and Apple Hill Surgery Center. The practice involves a mix of office visits and in-OR procedures, supporting a diverse adult patient population. You will work as part of a team providing comprehensive urologic care, including support for rare pediatric cases and emergent situations.
