Customer Value Architect

To support dealership performance improvement, the full-time remote Customer Value Architect will conduct performance assessments, develop tier advancement plans, and facilitate high‑stakes conversations while leveraging deep expertise in dealership operations and the Tekion platform. Key responsibilities Conduct performance assessments using the Dealer Maturity Model and create tier advancement plans for accounts Facilitate high‑stakes conversations, including value reviews and workflow redesign sessions, using a structured discovery methodology Maintain mastery of the Tekion platform and serve as an escalation resource for complex product inquiries Required qualifications Direct experience in automotive dealership operations as a GM, controller, or department manager Demonstrated fluency with DMS platforms and dealership technology Structured consulting or advisory instincts with the ability to diagnose situations and guide stakeholders Prior experience with Tekion or a comparable DMS at an administrative or power user level is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Management, or related field, or equivalent dealership operations experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
