Job Description

Training Coordinator
Laguna Development Corporation (LDC) is seeking a dynamic Training Coordinator to support and enhance our organizational development efforts across all campuses. This role plays a key part in administering our Learning Management System (LMS), facilitating new hire orientation, and delivering engaging in‑person and online training programs. The Training Coordinator partners closely with leaders to support leadership development, succession planning, and departmental training initiatives—while maintaining accurate training records, ensuring smooth program logistics, and providing exceptional customer service to team members.

The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive communicator with strong facilitation skills and experience developing online training modules. A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, along with at least four years in program administration or employee development. This role thrives in a fast‑paced environment and requires someone who can build positive relationships, work collaboratively, and represent LDC’s core values with professionalism. Experience in hospitality or gaming is a plus, and the ability to obtain a gaming license and pass pre‑employment screenings is required.
