This position offers a remarkable chance to work with a diverse population through outpatient therapy alongside select inpatient support. - Create customized treatment plans that cater not only to immediate needs but also to longer-term communication and swallowing goals.
- Engage in individualized speech therapy sessions that focus on enhancing language skills, fluency, voice quality, and swallowing abilities.
- Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and healthcare providers to establish integrated care plans.
- Provide educational resources for patients and families to encourage continued growth beyond therapy sessions.
- Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy sessions to ensure comprehensive continuity of care.
- Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with all regulatory compliance needs.
- Commit to lifelong learning through continued education and shared knowledge with peers.
Education
- Completed a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.
- Fulfilled a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet possessing ASHA certification.
Certifications
- Hold a valid license as a Speech Language Pathologist in your state.
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) awarded by ASHA.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of your start date.
Skills
- Expertise in evidence-informed treatment methodologies applicable across all age groups, with deep insights into developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to foster connections with patients, family members, and integrated care teams.
- Adept at tailoring therapeutic approaches to accommodate diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Demonstrated clinical acumen and critical thinking capabilities.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and related documentation norms.
Benefits
- Attractive salary package reflective of your experience.
- Flexible work schedule to promote a healthy work-life balance and diverse patient encounters.
- Possibilities to specialize in distinct areas such as pediatrics, adult rehabilitation, or geriatrics.
- Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay provisions.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options.

You'll work alongside a supportive team who treats one another like family, in a workplace that values cooperation over competition. Each patient has their unique story; we trust you to be instrumental in how that story unfolds.
