Leading a global team of Recruiting Coordinators, the full-time Recruiting Operations Manager will oversee interview scheduling and coordination operations while optimizing processes to enhance the candidate experience in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performance global team of Recruiting Coordinators across multiple regions Oversee and improve interview scheduling and recruiting coordination operations for an exceptional candidate experience Design and implement scalable coordination processes and monitor key operational metrics for continuous improvement Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, operations, or talent acquisition, with team leadership experience Proven experience managing global hiring operations across multiple regions Strong background in interview scheduling, coordination workflows, and ATS systems Experience in building or optimizing processes, KPIs, and operational metrics in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
