Sr. Embedded Engineer

Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute across the full SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment of embedded compressor control software.
- Build and enhance real-time embedded systems and interfaces across industrial communication buses, configuration tools, and automated test platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to solve software and hardware challenges and improve system performance.
- Drive software development best practices, including documentation, traceability, configuration management, and test validation.
- Provide technical mentorship and leadership while advancing cybersecurity and compliance in embedded systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in C/C++ development, including at least 3 years in embedded systems programming.
- Hands-on experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and development tools such as Code Composer Studio, Eclipse, or similar IDEs.
- Strong understanding of data structures, object-oriented programming, and Git-based version control.
- Ability to work across embedded, Linux, and Windows environments.
- Strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and continuous-learning mindset.
