As a Senior Embedded Engineer, your work directly supports cutting‑edge oil‑free, magnetic‑bearing compressor technology that reduces energy consumption and carbon emissions globally. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and contribute across the full SDLC—from requirements and design to development, testing, and deployment of embedded compressor control software Build and enhance real‑time embedded systems and interfaces across industrial communication buses, configuration tools, and automated test platforms Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to solve complex software and hardware challenges and improve system performance Drive best practices in software development, including documentation, traceability, configuration management, and test validation Provide technical mentorship and leadership, helping teammates grow while advancing cybersecurity and compliance in embedded systems What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in C/C++ development, including at least 3 years in embedded systems programming Hands‑on experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and development tools such as Code Composer Studio, Eclipse, or similar IDEs Strong understanding of data structures, object‑oriented programming, and Git‑based version control Ability to work across multiple environments (embedded, Linux, Windows) and adapt to evolving technical needs Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a passion for continuous learning What You’ll Get From Us We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
