Industrial Sales Account Manager Trainee - Development Program

What You Will Do Participate in structured training at our headquarters where you will receive ongoing mentorship, professional development, and in-depth product training. Learn full cycle outside sales skills and build relationships with new and existing customers to solve real‑world customer problems through technical and product solutions. Work alongside experienced Account Managers on joint sales calls visiting customers on‑site. What You Will Need Associate degree or technical training and 2 years of experience in a related field OR bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, or a related field. Internship or co‑op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment, or individuals with mechanical interest/aptitude preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be outgoing, friendly, approachable to build relationships with peers and potential customers, and a commitment to delivering top results in a performance‑based environment.
