Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Master Social Worker, you will hold a critical role in our treatment team, engaging in a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status and substance use history, tailoring an individualized treatment plan that reflects their unique needs and goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing, to support patients through their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring each patient's confidentiality and safety.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow social workers, sharing insights and strategies to enhance patient care.

• Facilitate regular group therapy sessions that promote peer support and healing, empowering patients to share experiences and learn from each other.

• Engage in continuous professional development through both individual and team-based training opportunities, contributing to a culture of learning and improvement.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals in early recovery from substance use disorders and those facing co-occurring mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a solid foundation of knowledge in social work principles.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
