About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The CFO will be responsible for leading the month-end and year-end close processes, overseeing financial reporting, internal controls, and audit readiness. This role also involves managing banking relationships, lender reporting, and debt compliance, as well as directing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning. The successful candidate will partner with the ownership on financial strategy, business performance, and will be involved in key strategic decisions. Additionally, the CFO will be tasked with overseeing insurance, risk management, and regulatory compliance, and will be expected to develop reporting and analytics to support operational and strategic decision-making. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, with a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Experience in managing banking relationships and lending requirements is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to partner with executive leadership and drive business growth, and must be a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
