Sales Executive - Utilities & Energy

What You’ll Be Doing (AKA: How You’ll Win): Own the Game: You’ll be the face of our BPO solutions for Utilities & Energy. That means pitching, networking, and closing deals like your life depends on it. Build Relationships That Matter: Not just transactional. Real, meaningful connections with executives who trust you to help them solve real problems. Know the Industry Inside-Out: Understand every pain point, trend, and opportunity in the utility world—and position us as the solution they NEED. Drive Revenue Like a Boss: Smash sales targets, own your pipeline, and take personal accountability for your results. Collaborate Like a Pro: Work with our internal teams to create solutions that don’t just meet client needs—they blow them out of the water. What We’re Looking For (No B.S.): Experience in Sales (Duh): You’ve sold to the Utilities & Energy industry before, or you’ve got the grit to learn it fast. Bonus points if you know BPO. A Track Record of Winning: You’ve hit or exceeded sales targets—consistently. Show us the receipts. High Energy, Zero Excuses: You don’t wait for someone to hand you an opportunity.
