• Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately based on pick lists or work instructions
• Stage, organize, and verify products before shipment
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring materials are handled safely
• Move products to designated storage areas and maintain organized inventory locations
• Perform routine forklift inspections and report any equipment issues
• Maintain accurate inventory by following warehouse procedures
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Previous experience with order picking, material handling, or warehouse operations
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment
• Ability to read and follow pick lists, work orders, and inventory instructions
• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
• Knowledge of basic warehouse and inventory procedures
• Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
