divh2LPN Office Position/h2pThe Office LPN performs a wide variety of patient care activities and accommodative services to support the medical practice. Reports to department leadership./ppDemonstrates excellence in nursing practice characterized by quality patient care and participation in formal and informal patient and staff education./ppProvides developmentally appropriate psychosocial and clinical care./ppPerforms other duties and tasks as assigned./ppCurrent State license as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Practical Nurse holding a valid Compact State license./ppProfessional knowledge of nursing theory and practice./ppPediatric experience preferred./ppCPR training required or must be obtained within 45 days of hire./ppMust provide record of a completed diploma (or equivalent) or academic transcript for those areas performing complexity testing./ppIncreased Security Clearance Required for Job Roles in Medical Tower II: FBI fingerprinting, criminal background check, and Child Protective Services registry search./ppExpected to work in a patient care environment with minimal exposure to environmental hazards such as, but not limited to, excessive noise, dust, or extremes in temperatures.
