Speech-Language Pathologist – Short-Term School-Based Opportunity

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in Tennessee
• Experience working in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• SLP-CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address communication, articulation, language, and social/pragmatic goals
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and document progress regularly
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and district staff to promote student success
• Maintain documentation and comply with all special education regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for service delivery
