Key Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain before starting
• Prior experience delivering SLP services to school-aged children, including work in pediatric and educational settings
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
• Competency in individual and group therapy models, as well as completion of assessments and evaluations
• Familiarity with IEP development and case management preferred
• Teletherapy skills are valued for possible remote service provision
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across varying ages and support their communication and academic goals
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain clear documentation and progress reports in compliance with district policies
• Participate in team meetings and offer input on best practices and interventions
