Our client, an industry leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Receiving Clerk to join their team. As a Receiving Clerk, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and shipping processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Receiving Clerk

Location: Saugerties, NY

Pay Range: $20 - $23 per hour + O/T

Shift: Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm, Fridays 7:00am - 12:00pm, with overtime as needed

What's the Job?

• Unload various carriers’ trucks and sign for deliveries
• Verify quantity of product received against packing slips
• Ensure a certificate of compliance is on file for each inventory receipt
• Process receipts of inventory into the company's operating system
• Label and store materials on inventory shelves to prevent loss or damage

What's Needed?

• Ability to control and organize inventory and records
• Proficiency in operating a computer
• Moderate to heavy lifting capability
• Standard or steel toe work boots required
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving documentation and procedures
• HS Diploma or acceptable experience.
