C&S Vending is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our customers in South Central Minnesota. CRM drives a company vehicle to customer locations for site visits, relationship management, and in-person customer support. The CRM serves as the customer's primary point of contact, providing exceptional customer service, resolving concerns, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

Customer-focused position combines relationship management, communication, problem-solving, and account growth. The CRM will regularly visit customer locations, communicate proactively with customers, and work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and in-person communication.
• Communicate customer needs, concerns, and feedback to internal teams and coordinate effective solutions.
• Communicate new products, services, and enhancements that may benefit customers.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
• Manage multiple priorities, stressful situations and work collaboratively with internal teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

2+ years of territory account management, or field-based customer-facing experience, with a proven track record of managing a multi-city territory, route planning, building strong relationships and identifying cross-sell opportunities during site visits.

Territory Coverage & Travel: Willingness and ability to travel daily throughout the designated territory (up to 70-80% field time) conducting in-person site visits, customer check-ins, and drop-in meetings. Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record to operate a company-provided vehicle.

Self-Motivation: Ability to manage a multi-city territory independently, strong time management and follow-up skills.

We offer a competitive salary starting at $65,000 - $75,000 per year depending on work experience and skills. Salaried position, working 40 to 45 hours per week. Working Conditions

• Location: South Central MN, South Eastern MN and surrounding areas
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday - Friday.
• This is a mobile role, requiring driving to various locations throughout the day.
