Part Time Bilingual Receptionist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part time Bilingual Receptionist to perform a variety of administrative and office support tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth office workflows. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a willingness to learn.

Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist


Pay Rate: 20.00/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri (9am to 3pm

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:


Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.

Greet visitors and assist with inquiries.

Manage and maintain office filing systems (paper and digital).

Handle data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.

Prepare, format, and print documents, reports, and memos as needed.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.

Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.

Assist with photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.

Provide general support to other staff as needed.

Job Requirements:


Must be Bilingual in Spanish

Ability to preform all tasks listed above to the company expectations

Must have good oral and written communication and organizational skills.


Ability to follow instructions, written and verbal.

Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask.

Ability to communicate with all Company employees in a business like and professional manner.


Possess strong overall office skills, including use of computers, their applications and other office equipment.
