We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at C&E In-Home Care Services in Mount Horeb, WI. The Caregiver will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals with behaviors. As a Caregiver, you will assist clients with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and companionship.

• Providing personal care assistance to clients with behaviors.
• Assisting clients with grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Administering medication reminders as needed.
• Engaging clients in meaningful activities and social interactions.
• Monitoring and documenting changes in clients' behavior or health status.

• Prior experience working with individuals with behaviors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background check.

• Empathy and patience when working with clients with behaviors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to different situations and client needs.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
